PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Pinellas County residents can safely dispose of unused and expired prescription medications this Saturday, October 26th, during Operation Medicine Cabinet.
This initiative aims to combat prescription drug abuse, a growing problem in the United States.

Drop-Off Locations and Times
From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, residents can drop off their unwanted medications at the following locations:
North County:
- Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office – North District Station, 2496 Bayshore Boulevard, Dunedin
- Tarpon Springs Police Department, 444 South Huey Avenue, Tarpon Springs
Mid-County:
- Walgreens, 2295 East Bay Drive, Largo
- Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo
- Walmart, 8001 US Highway 19 North, Pinellas Park
South County:
- HCA Florida St. Petersburg General Hospital, 6500 38th Avenue North, St. Petersburg
- Kenneth City Police Department, 4600 58th Street North, Kenneth City
- St. Pete Beach Community Center, 7701 Boca Ciega Drive, St. Pete Beach
