Edwin Scroggin of White Springs is celebrating a big win after claiming a $1 million prize from the FLORIDA 300X THE CASH Scratch-Off game. Scroggin chose to receive his winnings as a one-time lump-sum payment of $695,500.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Winn-Dixie located at 580 South Marion Street in Lake City. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the lucky Scratch-Off.
