POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A routine traffic stop in Poinciana landed a Davenport man behind bars on drug charges.
On Tuesday evening, October 22nd, Polk County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over 42-year-old Robert Scheiber for a traffic violation at the intersection of Marigold Avenue and Hemlock Avenue.

During the stop, deputies discovered that Scheiber was driving with a suspended license and no insurance. A search of his vehicle also revealed cocaine packaged for sale, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana.
Scheiber was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail on one felony charge and five misdemeanors.
