A 27-year-old Venezuelan man, Enyerbert Blanco Blanco, has been arrested in Palm Beach County, Florida, on charges of child sex trafficking. Blanco, who had previously been deported and was out on bond for an attempted murder charge in New York, is accused of trafficking a 15-year-old girl from New York.

Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw expressed his frustration over the incident, highlighting Blanco’s prior deportation and pending charges. “Here’s a guy, deported, now he’s illegally back in the country for a second time, so obviously whatever this vetting system is at the border ain’t working,” Bradshaw said. “The border’s not closed, illegals are still coming in.”

He emphasized the need for a stronger immigration system to prevent such crimes.

Authorities suspect that Blanco may have ties to the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua due to tattoos observed on him. However, this connection has not yet been confirmed. Blanco was somehow out on bond for an attempted murder charge in New York and also been recently arrested in Miami on drug possession charges.

A Colombian woman, Yenire Karolina Pache Coleiton, was also arrested in connection with the case.

“How can he be out on bond for an attempted murder out of New York?” Bradshaw asked. “He gets arrested in Miami for drug trafficking, and he’s out walking around. That’s unconscionable!”

“But I can tell you one thing, folks. That female and this guy here that was involved in this, their butts are staying in my jail,” the sheriff blasted. “They’re not coming out!”

The arrest followed an investigation initiated in response to an anonymous tip about a missing girl from New York. Online advertisements for sexual services led investigators to a hotel where they found the victim.

Evidence, including condoms, cash, and explicit phone conversations, was recovered from the scene.

Both suspects are currently being held in custody, and ICE has lodged a detainer for both individuals.
