According to court documents, the conspiracy operated between June and November 2020. Bravo supplied the methamphetamine from Texas to Hartley and another individual (now deceased) in Evansville. Hartley and his associate then distributed the drugs to mid-level dealers, including Latouche.

U.S. Attorney Zachary A. Myers emphasized the devastating effects of methamphetamine and the importance of holding traffickers accountable. He commended the DEA and Evansville Police Department for their work in dismantling the drug operation.

The sentences were imposed by U.S. District Judge Richard L. Young.
