A 34-year-old New Jersey man, Casey Broskin, was arrested on Sunday in Key Largo following a domestic dispute that resulted in him falling or jumping from a third-floor balcony.
The incident occurred at Baker’s Cay Resort around 1 a.m. The female victim reported that Broskin prevented her from leaving the room during an argument. She then ran to the balcony and fell. Witnesses stated that Broskin subsequently jumped from the balcony, landing on top of the victim.

Broskin was arrested and charged with domestic battery and kidnapping/false imprisonment. Both he and the victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
