Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed a lawsuit against Superior Concrete & Hardscape Design, a Kentucky-based paving company, and its owner, Justin Cole Hensley, for allegedly defrauding Ohio consumers and performing substandard work.

The lawsuit stems from five consumer complaints alleging that the company accepted payments for services like asphalt and concrete work but failed to deliver, performed shoddy work, and did not obtain the required permits.

Yost also accuses Superior Concrete of violating Ohio consumer protection laws by not properly informing customers of their right to cancel contracts.

The lawsuit seeks restitution for the affected consumers, civil penalties against the company and its owner, and a permanent injunction to prevent further violations of Ohio consumer laws. Yost encourages other potential victims to come forward and file complaints with his office.
