Clifford Rogers, 47, of Orlando, is celebrating a $1 million win on the “$1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR” scratch-off game. Rogers chose to receive his prize as a one-time lump sum of $640,000, the Florida Lottery announced last week.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Circle K located at 2924 South Ferncreek Avenue in Orlando. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the lucky ticket.

The “$1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR” game offers two top prizes of $1 million per year for life and 234 prizes of $1 million. With over $1.6 billion in total cash prizes and overall odds of winning at 1-in-4.50, this $50 scratch-off game provides exciting opportunities for players.
Scratch-off games play a significant role in the Florida Lottery, accounting for approximately 74% of ticket sales in the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
