LARGO, Fla. – SPCA Tampa Bay is partially reopening today to provide essential services to the community following Hurricane Milton. From 12pm to 5pm, they will be accepting animals in need of shelter and providing wildlife services. Pet adoptions remain suspended for the time being.
Due to staffing limitations caused by the storm, the SPCA asks for patience as longer wait times are expected. A pop-up pet food bank will also be operating on-site for those needing assistance.
