St. Petersburg Offers Comfort And Charging Stations For Hurricane-Affected Residents

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – As St. Petersburg residents continue to recover from the impacts of Hurricanes Helen and Milton, the city is providing temporary Comfort and Charging Stations to offer support and resources.

These stations will offer essential supplies and a place to recharge devices while power is being restored.

Locations:

  • Frank Pierce Recreation Center, 2000 7th St. S
  • Childs Park Recreation Center, 4301 13th Ave. S
  • Roberts Recreation Center, 1246 50th Ave. N  

Hours of Operation:

  • Saturday, Oct. 12: 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 13: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Available Supplies:

Residents can access the following supplies while they last:

  • Bottled water
  • Battery packs
  • Clean-up kits
  • Storage bins
  • Tarps

Important Notes:

  • Station locations may change next week as power is restored.
  • Residents are encouraged to visit the stations for immediate needs.
  • Updates on location changes and other resources will be provided as the city recovers.
