Tampa Police officers will be engaging with drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists, explaining the laws and emphasizing safe behaviors, not just handing out tickets.
The campaign is part of FDOT’s “Alert Today, Alive Tomorrow” program, which seeks to improve safety for all road users. By increasing awareness and promoting compliance with traffic laws, the Tampa Police Department hopes to make the city’s streets safer for everyone. Sources and related content
