Pasco County Opens Sandbag Stations Ahead Of Potential Flooding

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County is preparing for heavy rain and potential flooding from an approaching tropical system. Residents can access sandbags at two locations open 24/7:

  • Magnolia Valley Golf Course: 7223 Massachusetts Avenue, New Port Richey
  • Pasco County Public Works (C-Barn): 30908 Warder Road, San Antonio

Additional sandbag sites will be open from sunrise to sunset, starting Monday, September 23rd, until further notice:

  • Veterans Memorial Park: 14333 Hicks Road, Hudson
  • Pasco Fire Rescue Station #29: 6907 Dairy Rd, Zephyrhills

All sandbag locations are self-serve and available to Pasco County residents only.

Sand and bags will be restocked daily, weather permitting. Residents should bring their own shovels and be prepared to fill their sandbags.
