Davenport Clerk From Lake County, Confesses To Hundreds Of Upskirt Photos In Polk County

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 23-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself and taking inappropriate photos of multiple women at a convenience store in Davenport, Florida.

Christopher Kilpatrick, a former employee of the Circle K on Sand Mine Road, was arrested at his home in Lake County following an investigation by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began after a woman reported feeling a poke on her back while using the self-checkout at the store on August 31st. She believed Kilpatrick had tried to take pictures up her skirt.

Security footage confirmed the woman’s suspicions and also revealed that Kilpatrick had exposed himself to her and another woman earlier that day. He was also seen taking upskirt photos or videos of two other unidentified women.

During questioning, Kilpatrick confessed to committing similar acts against between 300 and 400 women, including minors.

Kilpatrick’s employer has been fully cooperative with the investigation, providing detectives with his work schedule and security footage.

He currently faces charges of exposure of sexual organs (second offense), exposure of sexual organs, and simple battery. Additional charges are possible as the investigation continues.

Kilpatrick is being held in the Lake County Jail and will be transferred to the Polk County Jail.
