A Florida man, Sean Michael Gurney, 52, was arrested Thursday night in Laurel County, Kentucky, after allegedly causing a disturbance in a business parking lot.
Deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a man in a white Nissan Rogue performing donuts in the road and hitting traffic cones. Upon arrival, they found Gurney had left his vehicle and confronted people at a nearby business while wielding a baseball bat.

Gurney appeared intoxicated and was making incoherent statements about being held captive by a motorcycle gang. He was subsequently arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and terroristic threatening.
Gurney is currently being held at the Laurel County Correctional Center. According to LCSO, Gurney is from Port Charlotte.
