Congressman Chip Roy (TX-21) released a 36-page white paper Thursday titled “America Invaded: How the Biden-Harris Border Crisis is Fundamentally Transforming the United States.”
The report details the impact of what Roy describes as a deliberate border crisis caused by the policies of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
“This document outlines the extensive and ongoing harm to our nation,” said Roy. “America, once strong and built on the rule of law, has become a lawless and dangerous place. This report highlights the urgent need for legislative reforms and executive action to save our country.”

The paper breaks down the consequences of what Roy calls a nearly four-year-long crisis, analyzing record-high border crossings, the deaths of both Americans and migrants, and the strain on Border Patrol resources.
Key sections of the report include:
- The Scope of the Invasion: Examining unprecedented numbers of border crossings and releases, and the strain on Border Patrol agents.
- Consequences of the Border Invasion: Addressing the toll on American lives, states, and taxpayers, as well as the dangers faced by migrants, including children.
- Remaking America: Analyzing the effects of immigration on the U.S. population and its potential impact on elections.
“Radical progressive Democrats have created the worst border crisis in recent history,” Roy stated. “We cannot wait for a future administration or hope for a miracle to resolve this. It’s time for Congress to act, secure the border, and take back our country.”
