SPRING HILL, Fla. – Following a months-long investigation, the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit successfully executed a search warrant on September 3, 2024, at a residence located at 3289 Morven Drive in Spring Hill.
The operation led to the arrest of two individuals involved in the distribution of illegal narcotics.
Leonard Hall and Heidi Williams were taken into custody after being stopped in a traffic incident. Both had been under investigation for several months, during which detectives made multiple purchases of fentanyl pills disguised as oxycodone.

Each transaction involved trafficking-level amounts of fentanyl.
During the traffic stop, Heidi Williams was found in possession of crack cocaine, concealed in a body cavity. This discovery prompted authorities to execute a search warrant at the Morven Drive residence.
The search revealed various illegal substances, including:
- Cocaine
- Fentanyl
- Hashish

Leonard Hall faces a slew of charges, including three counts of Trafficking in Fentanyl, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, and several other drug-related offenses. His bond is set at a hefty $249,000, and it’s worth noting that he’s currently on probation in Pennsylvania for similar crimes.
Heidi Williams isn’t far behind, with charges including two counts of Trafficking in Fentanyl, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, and Tampering with Evidence. Her bond is set at $100,000.
Lastly, Isaiah Williams was also arrested and faces a Possession of Hashish charge with a bond of $5,000.
