PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A dump truck carrying a load of concrete overturned on northbound I-275 near Milepost 28 after the driver swerved to avoid a collision with another vehicle that reportedly made an improper lane change.

The driver, a 58-year-old man from Tampa, was not injured in the incident.

The other vehicle involved left the scene, and no further details about it are currently available.
