BRADENTON, Fla. – The Florida Lottery has announced that Kevin Weber from Bradenton is one step closer to a thrilling NASCAR experience and a potential $1 million prize! He’s been selected as a semi-finalist in the 2024 NASCAR Powerball Playoff, joining 15 other hopefuls across the nation.

The 16 semi-finalists were revealed during the Cookout Southern 500 broadcast at Darlington Raceway, marking the beginning of an exciting journey that mirrors the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs. Weber was initially chosen from a pool of 50 Florida players, securing his spot in the national pool.

The NASCAR Powerball Playoff, which ran from July 1st to July 31st, offered players a unique chance to win big while immersing themselves in the world of NASCAR. Participants entered through the Florida Lottery’s website or mobile app.
