A Joplin, Missouri man, Dustin L. Holden, 34, has been sentenced to over 22 years in federal prison for his involvement in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy and illegal possession of firearms.
Holden pleaded guilty to the charges in February 2024, admitting to selling methamphetamine to various individuals, including co-defendant Britton D. Friday. Law enforcement discovered a substantial quantity of methamphetamine and multiple firearms, including a stolen one, during a search of Holden’s residence.

Friday had previously been sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in the conspiracy.
The case was investigated by multiple law enforcement agencies and prosecuted by Supervisory Assistant U.S. Attorney Randall D. Eggert.
