In the 2024 Florida primary elections, the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) achieved substantial victories, outperforming the Democrats in various key metrics.

The GOP saw a 14% higher voter turnout than the Democrats statewide and dominated Election Day turnout by nearly 30 points. In early voting, Republicans had a 7% advantage over Democrats.

Significant GOP accomplishments included flipping two counties, Duval and Pinellas, to red during Election Day voter turnout.

In Duval County, the GOP secured two school board seats, shifting the school board to a conservative majority.

All Florida Republican Congressional candidates comfortably won their primary races, underscoring the party’s strong performance overall.

“Florida Dems have to be concerned, not only because they are in the nosebleed section in the DNC convention hall in Chicago, but because their own voters are not displaying enthusiasm for the many weak candidates Nikki Fried coaxed into running.  The Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) has an unprecedented one million active registered voter advantage over Democrats and beat Florida Dems in early voting and election day voter turnout.  The RPOF has a 17 to 1 fundraising advantage over Florida Democrats,” said RPOF Chairman Evan Power.

“Having said that, we take nothing for granted.  We are thankful to our candidates and voters who participated in this important electoral process and we will continue to work hard as if we were coming from behind.  The November general election is right around the corner, we will be ready,” said Chairman Power.
