Three suspects have been arrested in connection with a series of armed carjackings and vehicle thefts that occurred in the District of Columbia and Maryland between December 2023 and February 2024.
Law enforcement executed search warrants at multiple residences and took Elmer Bonilla, Christian Rodriguez, and Dylan Giron into custody.
A fourth suspect, Gregory Giron, was arrested earlier this year following a police pursuit.

The four co-defendants face a 16-count Superseding Indictment for various offenses, including several armed carjackings in both D.C. and Maryland. During the recent search warrant executions, authorities recovered ammunition, firearms, a bulletproof vest, cash, and imitation firearms.
The investigation is ongoing and is being led by the FBI’s Washington Field Office with support from local law enforcement agencies.
