A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to six months in prison (time served) and three years of supervised release on August 7, 2024, for threatening federal law enforcement officers.
U.S. Attorney Gerard M. Karam announced that Joshua Frisch, 42, of Frackville, had previously pleaded guilty to one count of Influencing a Federal Official by Threat.
Frisch admitted to posting a series of threatening communications on social media platforms like Truth Social and X (formerly Twitter) between November 12 and 13, 2022.

These threats were intended to impede FBI agents from carrying out their official duties, according to to the Department of Justice.
