HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A Seffner home was engulfed in flames on Friday evening, prompting a rapid response from Hillsborough County Fire Rescue. Multiple 911 calls reporting heavy smoke and flames coming from the residence led firefighters to the scene at 11812 Mango Cross Ct. around 5:10 PM.

HCFR units arrived on the scene within four minutes of the initial dispatch. The first responders confirmed that the property was a two-story residential structure with heavy fire extending from the garage to the roof. Firefighters swiftly established operations, and after a dedicated effort of 30 minutes, Incident Command declared the fire under control.

Thankfully, no civilian or firefighter injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the relevant authorities.
