TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who robbed a bank on the 600 block of S. Howard Ave. earlier today.

Around 11:30 a.m., the suspect, described as an adult white male, entered the bank and presented a note to the teller claiming he was armed and demanding money. After receiving the cash, he fled northbound on S. Howard Ave. on a bicycle.

No injuries were reported during the incident.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black hat, a dark long-sleeve shirt, red shorts, and dark shoes.

Police believe this to be an isolated incident and assure there is no ongoing threat to the community.
