TAMPA, Fla. – A fire broke out at three connected auto body shops on Causeway Blvd. in Tampa on Wednesday evening. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue (HCFR) was alerted to the scene around 8:45 PM after a 911 caller reported hearing an explosion and seeing smoke.
Firefighters arrived within 8 minutes and quickly contained the blaze, bringing it under control in just over 20 minutes. Thanks to their swift response, there were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by HCFR.
