The reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Nicole Baldwin, a 41-year-old mother who vanished from her Mount Dora home last November, has been doubled to $10,000. Investigators are increasingly concerned about foul play in her disappearance.

Baldwin was last seen at her residence on Strathmore Circle on November 2, 2023. Her 20-year-old daughter reported her missing after she seemingly vanished without taking any personal belongings, including her phone, watch, purse, and debit card.

Initially, a $5,000 reward was offered in December 2023 in hopes of generating leads. However, with no significant breakthroughs in the case, authorities have raised the reward to $10,000, indicating their heightened suspicion of foul play.

According to Click Orlando, the investigation took a further twist when Baldwin’s husband, Brett Baldwin, was arrested on federal child pornography charges approximately a month after her disappearance. The illicit material was discovered on his cellphone during the investigation into Nicole’s disappearance.

The Mount Dora Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding Nicole Baldwin’s whereabouts or any details related to her disappearance to come forward. They can contact the department directly or provide anonymous tips through Crimeline.

Police hope the increased reward will encourage individuals who may have been hesitant to share information to come forward and help bring closure to Nicole Baldwin’s family and loved ones.

Anyone with information about Nicole Baldwin’s whereabouts is asked to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS (8477).
