Missouri gubernatorial candidate Bill Eigel has released a campaign ad featuring a Spanish translator, directly addressing illegal immigrants with the message that they will face jail or deportation if he is elected.

Eigel is a state senator who distinguishes himself from his establishment RINO opponents by being a veteran and a small business owner. He understands firsthand the challenges faced by veterans and entrepreneurs.

Eigel endorsed President Donald J. Trump for the 2024 Presidential Election, standing as the first Missouri gubernatorial candidate to do so.

His gubernatorial campaign is focused on reducing government spending and addressing illegal immigration, as highlighted in his latest campaign ad.

“My latest TV ad is a simple message to illegal immigrants: The party’s over,” he wrote in a post on X. “Pack your bags. You’re getting the hell outta here.”

According to Eigel’s campaign website, securing the US border is a priority listing:

  • Protecting Our Communities: Illegal immigration poses significant challenges to our communities, overburdening schools, hospitals, and social services, and placing a financial strain on U.S. taxpayers. Bill Eigel supports comprehensive measures to secure our borders and ensure that taxpayer resources are used to benefit lawful residents.
  • Combating Drug Trafficking: Illegal immigration allows Mexican drug cartels to flood our country with dangerous substances like fentanyl, resulting in the deaths of over 70,000 Americans annually. Bill Eigel is a strong supporter for stronger border security and harsher penalties for drug traffickers to protect American lives.
  • Legislative Action: Bill Eigel has been a staunch supporter of legislation aimed at enhancing border security and enforcing immigration laws. He backs bills that allocate additional resources for border enforcement and infrastructure, such as SB 600, which increases penalties for human trafficking and drug smuggling.
  • Supporting Law Enforcement: Bill Eigel supports policies that empower law enforcement agencies to cooperate with federal immigration authorities. This includes endorsing measures like SB 589, which ensures local law enforcement can assist in the enforcement of federal immigration laws without interference from sanctuary city policies.
  • Defending American Workers: Illegal immigration also impacts American workers by driving down wages and taking jobs. Bill Eigel supports legislation like SB 721, which mandates the use of E-Verify for all employers to ensure that jobs are only available to those legally permitted to work in the United States.

Senator William C. (Bill) Eigel was sworn into office on January 4, 2017, to represent Missouri’s 23rd Senatorial District in St. Charles County.

Eigel is a United States Air Force veteran with eight years of service and has been a small business owner in St. Charles County for over a decade. During his military career, he was Captain and completed assignments in Louisiana, Arizona, and at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri.

He is a decorated veteran, having received commendations for his overseas service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

After his military service ended in 2006, Senator Eigel purchased St. Louis Skylights, a residential and commercial remodeling company. Despite the economic challenges of 2008 and 2009, the company expanded and rebranded as National Skylight Solutions in 2010.
