The Tampa Bay Rays defeated the New York Yankees 6-4 on Sunday afternoon, securing game three of the series at Yankee Stadium.

However, the highlight of the day wasn’t the Rays’ powerful hitting but rather a Trumo-inspired celebration.

After reaching second base, infielder Taylor Walls raised his hand and said, “Fight fight” likely referencing former President Donald Trump’s reaction to being shot last weekend in Pennsylvania.

Interestingly, the St. Louis Cardinals also had a Trump-inspired celebration on Sunday, coinciding with the announcement that current President Joe Biden was dropping out of the presidential race.

The Rays hit four home runs in their victory, improving their record to 50-49, while the Yankees fell to 59-42.
