The Floridians Protecting Freedom committee, the group leading the charge to pass a state constitutional amendment protecting abortion rights, raised an additional $111,815 in cash from July 6th to July 12th.
This brings their total fundraising efforts to a staggering $38.89 million since their formation in spring 2023.
The committee’s latest financial report, filed with the state Division of Elections, also reveals they have nearly $16 million in cash on hand for the upcoming campaign.

In addition to cash contributions, the committee has received nearly $2.66 million in in-kind contributions.
Amendment 4, as it will appear on the November ballot, aims to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution by prohibiting laws that restrict abortion before viability or when necessary for the patient’s health.
