A U.S. Army soldier stationed at Fort Campbell was found dead in her Clarksville apartment in May with nearly 70 stab wounds and traces of a date rape drug in her system.
The soldier, identified as Pfc. Katia Duenas-Aguilar, 23, was discovered after concerned colleagues reported her absence from duty.
Investigators found her body with 68 stab wounds, and a preliminary toxicology report revealed the presence of gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB), commonly known as a date rape drug.

Authorities have launched a homicide investigation and are currently pursuing several leads.
No suspects have been officially named in the case.
The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is offering a $55,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the murderer.
