Spring Hill Motorcyclist Dies After Running Red Light On Spring Hill Drive

SPRING HILL, Fla. – A Spring Hill man was killed in a crash that happened on Saturday at 6:38 pm on Spring Hill Drive.

Florida Highway Patrol said a Honda motorcycle was traveling westbound on Spring Hill Drive and failed to stop for a red traffic signal at Pinehurst Drive.

Troopers say the motorcyclist entered the intersection and collided with a Hyundai Santa Fe.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 21-year-old Spring Hill man, suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash. 

The Driver of the Hyundai, a 43-year-old Spring Hill woman, suffered minor injuries in the crash.
