Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz will host the 2024 Congressional Art Competition at the Artel Gallery in Pensacola, Florida, from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. CT, starting at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 27th.

Members of the U.S. House of Representatives sponsor a nationwide high school arts competition each spring. High school students from across Florida’s First Congressional District submit their artwork, and a panel of local art professionals judges the pieces.

The winning artwork will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol. The exhibit in Washington will also include artwork from participating districts across the country.
