TAMPA, Fla. – Attention, Tampa! We’re in for another fun-filled weekend, complete with parades and events, not to mention the increase in traffic.

The City of Tampa says drivers should be prepared for congestion, detours, and limited on-street parking, as tens of thousands of people will enjoy themselves downtown throughout the weekend.

“We encourage everyone to arrive early to their event and consider using alternative transportation options to get around. Those options include the Free TECO Streetcar, DASH rides, HART buses, rentable eScooters, and bikes,” said the City of Tampa.
