PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County Utilities customers will have a new, more convenient way to pay their bills starting May 20, 2024.
The new Westside customer service center is set to open.

HOURS: Monday through Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The current westside location and the nighttime drop box at 7536 State Street will close on May 20.
“Pasco County Utilities customers will have access to all the same services provided at the prior location with the assistance of our knowledgeable and talented team members,” said Utilities Customer Information & Services Director Sandra Anderson. “Our new center will offer two drive-through lanes.”
Pasco County Utilities also offers other service options, including:
- Bill pay through PascoEasyPay.com or through the Pay-by-Phone feature at 855.786.5344.
- Account access at bit.ly/PascoUtilitiesAccount.
