POLL: Nearly 40% Of Respondents Cannot Identify 1 Positive Biden Achievement

President Joe Biden believes he had stumbled into a winning message by asking voters if they are better off now than four years ago when the country was trapped in an uncertain global pandemic and hearing calls from those in Biden’s party to shut everything down.

But a Fox News poll released earlier this week shows Biden still has some convincing to do.

The survey indicated that Biden has not achieved anything after three-plus years in office — unless you include making life worse for most Americans.

“When asked to name the [Biden] administration’s accomplishments (without the aid of a list), 38% can’t think of anything or offer a negative response,” Fox News reported.

When Fox offered respondents a list, just 19% identified the economy — which is something else Biden seeks to claim credit for heading into the next stage of the presidential election.

In comparison, when the same question was asked of former President Donald Trump’s time in office, the positive response nearly doubled Biden’s, at 35%.

As for Biden, the next highest “accomplishment” survey-takers credited him with after the economy — and coming in at only 6% — was “not being Trump.”

In answering Biden’s own question about being better off today than four years ago, only 22% of all respondents replied yes. A whopping 52% answered no, while another 26% said things were about the same as back then.

In what could be more bad news for Biden, just 37% of Democrats said they were better off. Yet nearly just as many — 35% — said things were the same as during Trump’s last year in office.

That means 63% of those in Biden’s own party have stagnated or gotten worse off in the past four years.

Fox News noted that Trump leads Biden by 52 points among those who report life is worse for them today than during Trump’s final year.
