Serial Bank Robber In Arizona Gets 109 Months In Prison

A serial bank robbery suspect in Arizona was sentenced yesterday to 109 months in prison after being convicted on five counts of Bank Robbery by a jury on June 30, 2023.

Between April and August of 2019, Vivian A. Earle, 42, robbed five banks, including Wells Fargo, Chase, and Bank of America, taking over $34,000.

“After the last robbery, a bank customer followed Earle’s vehicle from the parking lot and called 911. Phoenix Police responded and followed Earle until they apprehended her,” according to the Department of Justice.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Phoenix Police Department conducted the investigation in this case. Assistant United States Attorneys Gayle Helart and Anthony Church, District of Arizona, Phoenix, handled the prosecution.
