Tucker Carlson heralded the launch of his new network this week by trolling the legacy media.
On X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, Carlson posted photos of trucks hauling mobile billboards that he parked outside the headquarters of The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, and MSNBC.
The message on each truck: “Corporate media is dead.” The sign also encouraged viewers to visit the website of his new media venture, tuckercarlson.com, and trumped the Tucker Carlson Network.
Along with the photos, Carlson trolled the media companies on X. The post outside the Times building said, “Who did this?? (We did it),” with three laughing emojis.

At the Post, Carlson added, “Y’all mind if I park here?” In front of CNN and MSNBC, respectively, he wrote, “BREAKING: TCN billboards appear outside CNN headquarters,” and “Some call it advertising. We call it art.”
Carlson this week also released a video promoting his network.
“The corporate media lied too much and it killed them,” Carlson said in the video, after mentioning references to the “mostly peaceful” George Floyd protests, the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines and masking, and a Russian natural gas pipeline that was bombed.
