A 29-year-old Florida man was arrested Friday in connection with approximately 1,400 pounds of trash left on the side of a street.
This is the second such arrest in a week in the Florida Keys.
Robert Thomas Householder, 29, was charged with felony illegal dumping.

The Sheriff’s Office began investigating after a large pile of debris and trash was found on Front Street in Stock Island.
Information leading to Householder was established during the subsequent investigation. Householder admitted to leaving garbage at the scene.
Monroe County Solid Waste workers removed a total of 1,400 pounds of trash from the area.
