ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Join in on the action if you dare as the St. Petersburg Museum of History brings the ghostly into the Sunshine City’s history with a spooktacular calendar of haunted events.

The Museum of History will take part in the World’s Largest Ghost Hunt 2023 on Saturday, September 30, as ghost hunters in countries around the world seek out the supernatural in potentially haunted venues. And it just so happens to occur on National Ghost Day.

Organized by The SPIRITS of St. Petersburg, a nationally known supernatural investigative organization, visitors will learn the techniques of ghost hunting and the equipment used.

The World’s Largest Ghost Hunt at the Museum of History is from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. and is limited to 50 participants.

The Haunted Trolley Tours are limited to 16 guests per trolley – sign up quickly!

Purchase tickets for the trolley tours at www.HistoryStPete.org, or by calling the Museum at 727-894-1052, ext. 200.

“We love to share all the history of St. Petersburg, even the history that can’t be explained,” said Museum Executive Director Rui Farias. “Shadows, doors slamming, unexplained noises after the Museum is closed, we’ve had them all. We look forward to see what our ghost hunters will find in our 101-year-old museum!”
