A Michigan ammunition dealer this week gave some customers a bargain in response to New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s recent emergency order suspending the Second Amendment in part of her state.
According to the website 100% Fed Up, Fenix Ammunition announced on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday: “Until further notice we will be offering free shipping to ALL New Mexico customers.”
And it did so with a spicy promo code.
“Simply select the ‘F*** Off, Gov. Grisham’ option at checkout. Thank you for your attention,” the company added.

The ammo dealer also added to its packaging a photo of Grisham with the caption, “IMPEACH GOV. GRISHAM,” the website added.
Grisham continues to get hammered for her decision to suspend both open- and concealed-carry in Albuquerque and the surrounding county. She declared the order as part of declaring gun violence a public health emergency following the fatal shooting of an 11-year-old boy in a road rage incident.
It’s not surprising that Grisham is being pounded by Republicans and pro-Second Amendment activists.
But even liberals are joining the bashing.
As the Tampa Free Press reported recently, left-wing California Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu and anti-gun activist Davi Hogg criticized Grisham for her assault on the Constitution.
But The Daily Wire reported on Tuesday that New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez, a Democrat, announced that his office would not defend Grisham in the court cases fighting the order.

“Though I recognize my statutory obligation as New Mexico’s chief legal officer to defend state officials when they are sued in their official capacity, my duty to uphold and defend the constitutional rights of every citizen takes precedence,” Torrez wrote in a letter to the governor.
“Simply put, I do not believe that the Emergency Order will have any meaningful impact on public safety but, more importantly, I do not believe it passes constitutional muster.”
Meanwhile, even CNN went after Grisham on Tuesday for her blatant disregard for the Second Amendment.
In her first TV interview about the gun order, Grisham claimed she had the “right” to suspend constitutional liberties in her state.
In response, CNN host Poppy Harlow read from New Mexico’s state Constitution: “No law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense. No municipality or county shall regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.”
“Are you not in violation of both the U.S. Constitution and your state’s constitution?” Harlow asked.
“I don’t believe that we are,” Grisham replied.
But as for Fenix Ammunition, the needling of Grisham is is not the first time the company uploaded on Democrats.

As the Tampa Free Press reported in February 2021, Fenix made costumes declare whether they had voted for Joe Biden in 2020. If they checked “yes,” Fenix turned them away.
On X (then Twitter), the company said, “We don’t want your money, and you shouldn’t want us to have it because we’re going to use it to make more ammo, sell it to the citizenry, and do everything in our power to prevent Joe Biden’s administration from usurping the rights of Americans.”
“We have no problem talking to Biden voters and educating them on what they did, but they have to be willing to acknowledge their ignorance at the very least. We’re not going to sit here and debate with you. We’re a 2A company and these are our first principles.”
