WINTER HAVEN, Fla – A 31-year-old Winter Haven man was killed in a motorcycle crash that happened around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the man was traveling eastbound on US Highway 17-92 at a high rate of speed.
Troopers say at the intersection of Dyson Road a SUV drove north into the path of the motorcycle.

As a result, the motorcycle struck the left side of the SUV.
Troopers say the motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
