SARASOTA, Fla. – The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a shooting that took place in the 2600 block of Twin Drive in Sarasota.
According to deputies at around 1:30 am on Sunday, one person was shot and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
“All parties involved are accounted for, and there is no threat to the public at this time,” said SCSO.
