A woman and her dog in Florida escaped injury this morning after the driver of a pickup truck lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the home.
According to deputies, the crash happened on the 3000 block of SE Bamboo Street around 8:30 am in Stuart, Florida, Friday morning.
The driver said he became distracted and lost control of the vehicle.

The homeowner and her dog were inside at the time of the accident and despite the damage, were not injured, deputies say.
