A homeless man in Florida has been charged with felony battery after a woman running on a beach says he confronted her and touched her inappropriately.
Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office deputies responding to the call followed a set of footprints and found 50-year-old Erik Lucas hiding in a bush, wearing the same clothing described by the victim.
The woman says she was running on the beach for exercise around 5 p.m. on Tuesday when Lucas confronted her and asked for a picture, which she declined.
