A Florida man is being held on no bond after officers located over 6 pounds of marijuana in the man’s vehicle, while he is on probation
According to police, on Sunday night at approximately 11:00 pm, Officer Roberts with Tavares Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was driving in an erratic manner.
The only occupant in the vehicle, Devin Preston, was ultimately arrested for Possession of Marijuana (more than 20 grams) after officers located several large bags of packaged marijuana in plain view.

The total amount of marijuana located was 6.5 pounds, according to police.
Preston is being held at the Lake County Jail on NO BOND, due to violating his probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
