CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater Fire & Rescue crews are on the scene of a house fire at 616 N. Glenwood Ave.
The call came in just after 3 p.m. as strong thunderstorms were moving through the area. It is believed that lightning struck the roof of the house.
The fire was contained to the attic area, but firefighters had to cut holes in the roof and pull down parts of the ceiling to contain the blaze.

No one in the home was injured, according to officials.
