The Polk County Sheriff's Office is looking for the man seen here who took an orange 2007 Chevy HHR from a residence in The Shores at Lake Sears in Winter Haven near SR 540 & Spirit Lake Road.

If you recognize this man, please contact Detective Sanchez at 863-297-1100 or jsanchez@polksheriff.org (CASE #22-30896), so the detective can return his bicycle to him.

“The poor guy left it behind, and we feel really bad for him. That Chevy is going to eventually run out of gas, and we can’t expect him to have to pay for more gas since it’s not his vehicle, so he’s really going to need his bicycle back,” said Heartland Crime Stoppers in a social statement.
