DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.- Today we discuss the case of Stewart v. City of Euclid, in which Luke Stewart was shot and killed by an officer, as he attempted to harmfully drive his car when an officer was trapped inside trying to stop him. The officer’s deadly uof was not found to be at fault because of the officers imminent danger of kidnapping and Stewart’s failure to initially cooperate. Also mentioned: Officer Rhodes and Catalini, the Euclid police officers involved in the incident.
Also, a crazy shootout in Daytona Beach (Florida), a Police officer being shot in the chest, after an attempt to serve a warrant on, now deceased, Michael Harris.
