The murder of 28-year-old Peter Hyman of Tampa remains unsolved. The victim, Hyman, was shot by an unknown black male suspect in the parking lot of the Tally Ho Pub, located at 7402 N. 56th Street in Tampa, on Feb. 5, 2010, at 2:45 am.
Earlier in the evening, Peter Hyman was involved in an altercation with a group of individuals inside the pub. A short time later, Hyman left the establishment at closing time and proceeded to his vehicle in the parking lot.
As Hyman was sitting in his car, he was approached by an unknown suspect who shot him one time in the upper body with an unknown type of firearm. The suspect then fled the scene in possibly a 1990’s black Cadillac Escalade or a 4 door dark-colored 1990`s model sedan with an unknown tag.
The suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, early ’20s, 5’10”, 175 – 185 lbs., with a medium build and clean-shaven.
He was observed to possibly have a receding hairline, his eyes are positioned close together, and he spoke with a slight speech impediment. He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, red shirt, black jeans, and white tennis shoes.
Below is a video of one of the unknown subjects who had been involved in the altercation with the victim before the shooting and is considered a person of interest whom detectives would like to speak to regarding the case.
