PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A Wisconsin woman was killed in a crash that happened around 10:20 am on Friday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers say Kia Soul, driven by an 85-year-old Pewaukee, Wisconsin woman, was traveling northbound on US-301.
Troopers say at the intersection of Wire Road, the woman attempted a U-Turn and entered the path of and was struck by a tractor-trailer driven by a 37-year-old Georgia woman.

The Wisconsin woman was transported to a local hospital but died from injuries suffered during the crash. The Georgia woman was uninjured during the incident.
